Our Friends, Jay and Tammy Roy will be our featured performers on our September 20, 2017 stage show. Always in demand, Jay and Tammy put on a show for the entire family. Jay & Tammy Roy are highly talented professional musicians. Their vocal and instrumental music selections span almost a century of American music. Their repertoire includes music from the Swing era, The Big Band Era, Classic Country, Western, Gospel, 50's and 60's Rock and Roll, Bluegrass and old favorites from the pop charts and artists. Jay has played music with Merle Travis, Freddie Fender and Chubby Wise. His first recording was a 45 record in 1968 in New Orleans on Bourbon St. Together, Jay and Tammy have recorded 11 CD's. They've entertained from Alaska to Maine, Canada to South Texas, Canada in Ontario, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, The Iles De La Madeleine (Que.) and across Newfoundland, Canada. In 1989, they were on the "CBS This Morning Show" with Harry Smith and Paula Zahn in a segment about RV'ing in the U.S. They've appeared in Branson Missouri at the Branson Star Theater and are seen regularly on the nationally televised RFD-TV show, Midwest Country Show. They appeared on the Midwest Country Show on March 19, 2017 and were live on show on July 12, 2017 in Sandstone Minnesota. They won the 2010 Directors Choice Award at The Wahoo Country Music Show, in Wahoo, Nebraska, were inducted into the Gatesville Country Music Hall of Fame (GCM Hall of Fame) in 2013, and received the (Gatesville Country Music Hall of Fame) Golden Infinity Award for Master Musicians on April 17, 2015. They received many more awards, too numerous to mention.
